After being a stay-at-home mom for a several years with her two children, Nick & Alyssa, Jodie decided to try something new and began the journey into a real estate career in 1999, and earning an Associate Broker designation in 2003. Having found her niche with new construction and land sales, she accepted the company position of Regional Sales Manager with the New Homes and Land Division with a well-known brokerage, overseeing 8 offices in Rockland, Dutchess and Orange Counties. Although she enjoyed her work in this role, she missed the hands-on, in the moment work of sales and decided to return to the local office.
Since then she has achieved prestigious industry recognition earning the Excellence in Sales Award along with many other company awards such as Top Producer, Top Sales, Top Listings, New Construction sales, Multi-million dollar Sales & Marketed club, Ambassador & Executive Club. Jodie is a member in good standing with the NAR, NYSAR, HGAR & MLS.
